Christmas Pizzas (snowman and Tree)

Pizza Crust.
1 cup warm water (115 degrees)
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

1.In a medium mixing bowl, combine water, sugar, and salt. Add flour and yeast all at once, and stir until a soft dough forms. Add additional flour if needed, and knead gently for 5-10 minutes, until dough is smooth and elastic.
*Or, you can mix this dough in a stand mixer, until soft and elastic. Mix for 6 min
2.Butter or grease a  pan. Using your buttery hands, lift the soft, sticky dough onto the pan and gently shape into the shape you want.

White Pizza Sauce
Add 2T melted butter and 2T flour
Cook in small sauce pan over medium heat.
Whisk together and add about 1 c. of whipping cream. Whisk until smooth.
Add 1 clove chopped garlic and a sprinkle of garlic powder
Add a pinch of salt to taste.
Cook and stir until it thickens. Take off heat and it’s ready for the crust.

I used a combination of a rolling pin and just stretching it with my hands. To make the snowman shape in the dough. And place on a greased cookie sheet.
Add your sauce, cheese, and toppings.I used the homemade white sauce recipe for the sauce and it was amazing. Then just used mozzarella and then olives and a carrot nose for the snowman.
Then I used red sauce, olives and pepperoni for the tree pizza. (Again I just cut the dough with scissors to shape the tree dough)

Bake on a cookie sheet at 500 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
You know when it’s done when all the cheese is melted with little bits almost burnt, and the crust is golden brown.

* I got this idea and the white sauce from deliacreates I again loved the white sauce and will for sure make it again. The dough recipe is my own.

1. Make pancake and cool completely before you add the whip cream or it will just melt. Once cooled add strawberries in a triangle shape for the hat. And then add banana slices and a chocolate chip for the eyes. Then just trace around the berries and face to make the hat and beard out of whip cream. So easy and the kids will love them.

Baby Cupcakes

1 cake mix any favor (I used chocolate fudge)
egg, water and oil to use in the cake mix
white frosting
copper color wilton food color gel
chocolate frosting (for eyes and hair)
wilton candy melt and life savers for the binkies (I also found jumbo smarties that I used as some of the binkies)

1. There is not really a recipe for these lol you just make the cake mix as directed on the box into cupcakes when they are fully cooled you can start to decorate the cupcakes.

2. I used a tiny little bit of the copper food color into white frosting to make flesh color skin. Then using a piping bag pipe on the eyes and hair with the chocolate frosting. Then assemble the binkies with a candy melt and a life saver. With a little frosting as the "glue" to hold it together.

Kit Kat Cookies

2 sticks of unsalted butter, room temperature
2 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup dark chocolate chips (or you can just use two cups of milk chocolate chips)
1 1/2 cup chopped Kit Kat bars
3 cups flour

1.Beat the sugar and butter together until nice and creamy, then beat in eggs and extra egg yolk, one at a time. Add in salt, baking soda and flour and beat lightly until thoroughly combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and Kit Kat bars – don’t beat them in, just stir with a spoon so that they don’t get broken up.
Refrigerate the dough for about two hours.

2.Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Scoop the dough by heaping tablespoons and roll into balls, placing about two inches apart on the cookie sheet.

3. Bake for 8 minutes for tender and chewy cookies, or up to 10 minutes for crispier cookies.
Allow to cool for about ten minutes

* I got this recipe from therebelchick I thought that it was pretty good. I used white chocolate kit kats only because its what I had on hand. But I do think that they would taste better with the milk chocolate kit kats. But over all they were good.

My Sons Circus Party

My oldest son just turned 8 and we had a circus theme party for him I really loved how it all came together so I decided to add them all to one giant post lol

Here is his circus tent cake that I made using the wilton giant cupcake pan. I frosted it all white and used red fruit by the foot for the stripes down the cake. Then I used blue airhead candy to go around the roof and white sixlets chocolate balls to line the red stripes. Then I cut out a hole in the front of the cake and added a clown with son more fruit by the foot as drapes around the door.

Cotton Candy Cupcakes

For the cupcakes I just used a french vanilla cake mix and separated the batter into three bowls then I added neon pink food coloring to one bowl and neon blue to the other bowl. I also added some cotton candy flavoring oil to the white batter.

Then I did one scoop of each color into the cupcake wrappers and cooked them according to the cake box instructions

For the frosting I just dyed vanilla frosting with purple and blue and swirled it onto the tops. I was worried about putting cotton candy on the frosting because I figured that it would melt so instead I made little balls of cotton candy and attached them to a sucker stick. Wrapped them in plastic wrap and tied them up with some ribbon.

Popcorn Cupcakes

For the popcorn cupcakes I made a chocolate fudge cake mix as directed on box and then frosted them with vanilla frosting then topped them with mini marshmallows that I cut three little slits in the tops and twisted them to look like popcorn. Then I used wilton yellow food mist to color them yellow. So easy but so cute.

Caramel Popcorn Cupcakes

Caramel popcorn cupcakes I made chocolate fudge cake mix and when they were cooled I scooped out a hole in the center and filled them with caramel topping. Then replaced the cupcake hole that I cut out and frosted them with chocolate frosting then I topped them with caramel corn and drizzled on more caramel topping. These were my favorite out of the bunch. So yummy.

Snow Cone Cupcakes

Snow cone cupcakes again I used a white cake mix and added a box of fruit fusion jello mix and baked as directed on the box. Then when they were cooled I frosted them with vanilla frosting and used sugar sprinkles and separated the colors with blue, yellow, and red. Then I put them into Styrofoam cups and added a straw and a wooden spoon.

Caramel Apple Cupcakes

For the caramel apple cupcakes I used the caramel apple cake mix and frosting then I just used a melon baller and scooped out mini apples for the tops of the cupcakes. Then I drizzled them with caramel topping and added sprinkles and nuts. I also left some plain.
