Popcorn Cake
20 cups popped popcorn 1/3 cup unpopped
1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 7oz jar marshmallow cream
2T butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups candy coated chocolates or chocolate chips
1.Pop popcorn and remove any kernels
2.In a pan put corn syrup and sugar stir with spoon to combine heat to boiling stirring all the time. Turn off burner and move the pan from the heat.
3.Stir in the marshmallow cream,butter and vanilla stir until well combined
4.Pour mixture onto popcorn in large bowl and mix until well combined. When cooled down stir in candies.
5.Press popcorn into greased tube pan and press down with damp hands. Let stand about 30 min to set up.
6.Turn pan upside down to remove cake. Loosen cake from sides of pan with knife if necessary. Lift pan
from cake. Use knife to cut cake.
