Three Bean Chili with Sausage
14.5 oz can diced tomatos undrained
1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb maple flavored sausage
1/4 medium chopped white onion
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 46oz can tomato juice
1 15oz can black beans undrained
1 15 oz can pinto beans undrained
1 15 oz kidney beans
3 T Chili powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp cayenne
2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream
1.Brown the beef sausage and onion in a large pot over medium high heat
2.Drain meat. Add the vinegar and cook for 1 min to reduce the liquid. Add the tomato's,tomato juice,beans,chili powder,brown sugar,cayenne,salt and paprika.
3.Bring to a bowl and then lower the heat and simmer for 1 hr
4. Serve with cheddar cheese and sour cream
oh that breadbowl looks so good! i bet it was amazing with that chili in there, YUMMY!
