Taco Chili
2 lb Ground beef
1 cup Chopped onion
1 T Taco seasoning
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin
2 cans Diced tomatoes with green chilis undrained
1 15 ounce Can tomato sauce
1 cup Frozen corn
1 can black beans drained
1 can chili beans undrained
1-1 1/2 cups water
2 cups Chili cheese fritos
shredded cheese
sour cream
1.Cook ground beef and onion over medium high heat until browned. Drain
2.Stir in taco seasoning mix, tomatos, tomato sauce, chili powder,cumin and corn. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, cook 10 to 15 minutes until beef is thoroughly cooked and corn is tender, stirring occasionally.
3.Stir in beans and water (depending on how soupy you want it) return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly heated and flavors are blended, stirring occasionally.
4.Spoon into individual serving bowls. Sprinkle with chips,sour cream and cheese.
* This was a simple chili that was easy to put together I like that it has some kick to it but it not to spicy. The whole family loved it and I would most likely make it again sometime. its perfect from these cold winter nights :) I give it a 4
