Raspberry Angel Food Cake

The recipe for angel food cake.

1 package (.3 ounce) sugar-free raspberry gelatin

1.Make the angel food cake as directed in the other post
2.Pour 2/3 of the batter into the tube pan
3.Pour the dry jello powder into the remaining batter and mix well

4.Add that to the top of the batter already in the tube pan

5.poke with a knife a few times to let out any air bubbles
6.Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Immediately invert pan; cool completely before removing cake from pan.

 Yield: 12 servings.

Nutrition Facts: 1 slice calculated without berries and whip cream 135 calories, trace fat (0 saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 224 mg sodium, 35 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 4 g protein. Diabetic Exchange: 2 starch.
