butter or butter spray
sliced Cheddar cheese

Top each slice with some cheese, some of the beef mixture and additional cheese. Place an additional slice of bread on top, butter side up, creating the sandwich.
3.Cook until bread is nicely browned, carefully flip over and cook until other side is browned.
4.Repeat until all the sandwiches are made Makes 4-5 sandwiches.
This was a quick and easy way to change up leftover sloppy joe mix. We did use two slices of cheese per sandwich and it was yummy. Everyone ate them up I give them a 4 1/2
