lemon Juice

1.Wash the Artichoke under running water on top and in between the leaves. Cut off one inch off the top of the Artichoke and trim the tops of the leaves off so that it is not sharp anymore.

2. Boil a pan of water and add a little salt and lemon juice and add the artichoke to the water.cover and boil for 25-30 min of until dark green and soft.

3.Drain and let cool serve with lemon juice and butter.
