Funeral Potatos

2 lbs thawed hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup Cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 Cup melted butter
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes

1. Mix together soup,sour cream,cheese,onion and can milk

2. Add hash browns and mix well. Can add more milk if not wet enough.

3. Pour into a un greased 9x13 dish
4. Mix together the cornflakes and butter and mix well

5. Pour over the potato's

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min or until bubbly
