Turkey Noodles




2 cups turkey cut into chunks
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
2 cups uncooked pasta
1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 tablespoon white vinegar
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

1.In a large skillet cook the celery, onion, green pepper and garlic cook until vegetables are tender.Add the turkey and heat thru.




2.Remove the turkey and vegetables with a slotted spoon and keep warm on a plate.
3.Add chicken broth to the pan bring to a boil. Add pasta cook for 10 minutes or until tender.


4.Reduce heat;stir in the stewed tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, chili powder, garlic salt and turkey mixture.


5.Simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
