Cinnamon Roll Cake

1.5cups Flour
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
3/4 cups Milk
1 Eggs
1 teaspoons Vanilla
1/4 cup Butter, melted

1/2 cup Butter, softened
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoons Flour
3/4 Tablespoon Cinnamon

1 cup Powdered Sugar
2 1/2 Tablespoons Milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8x8 glass baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
2.In an electric mixer add the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Once combined well , slowly stir in the melted butter. Pour into the prepared pan.

3.For topping, In a large bowl mix the 1 stick of butter, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon together until well combined and creamy. Drop evenly over the batter by the tablespoonfuls and use a knife to marble/swirl through the cake.

4.Bake at 350 for 28-30 minutes or when a toothpick inserted near the center comes out nearly clean.

5.In a medium bowl, mix the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla together with a whisk. Drizzle evenly over the warm cake. Serve warm or at room temperature. ( I think that it tasted better the longer that it sat)
** When my son asked me to make him Cinnamon Rolls for breakfast I knew that I didn't want to take the few hours that it took to make them. So instead I made this cake he was happy and it was done in less then an hour. I don't think that I would really compare it to an actual cinnamon roll but it was a yummy cake and you get the same tastes in much less time. This is a keeper and I give it a 4
