Pasta Salad

 
 
 
 
1 cup mayonnaise (I used light)
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 lb macaroni, cooked and drained
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion

1.Combine dressing ingredients. 
2.Stir into remaining ingredients.
3.Cover and chill.at least 1 hour
