9 Cups Chex or Crispix Cereal (I used half Corn Chex and half Rice Chex)
1 1/2 Cups Milk Chocolate Chips
1/3 Cup Butter or Margarine
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 lg box ( 8 Servings) Strawberry Flavored Gelatin
1.In a large microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate and butter uncovered on high for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave for 15-30 seconds longer if needed. Stir and mix in vanilla.
2.In a large gallon ziploc bag add powdered sugar and gelatin. Shake to mix up.
3.Add cereal to chocolate and mix to coat.
4.Add chocolate coated cereal to ziploc bag and shake until all cereal is covered in powdered sugar.
5. Spread on wax paper and cool for about 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.
