Malibu Chicken
1 Cup water
1 tsp Chicken Bullion
5-6 Chicken Breasts
6 Slices Ham
6 Slices Swiss Cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Honey Mustard sauce- Recipe in another post.
1. Bring water to a boil in skillet. Add bullion and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat.
2.Add chicken and marinate in the broth for 15 min turning frequently.
3.Bring the chicken to a boil on high heat. Lower heat and simmer the chicken about 20 min turning over every 5 min until no longer pink.
4.During the last five min add a lid to the pan.
5.When cooked thru take out the chicken and place on a cookie sheet. Top with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese.
6.Put the chicken in the oven and broil just long enough to melt the cheese.
7. Top with honey mustard sauce.
