Chocolate Marshmallow Dippers
Melting chocolate (I just used chocolate discs)
Peppermint candies or sprinkles (optional)
1. In a double broiler melt chocolate until completely melted and smooth.
2. Dip marshmallows into chocolate only going half way up and then place on a piece of wax paper upside down so that the half of the mallow that is not dipped is on the wax paper.
3.Sprinkle with crushed peppermint or sprinkles if using.
4.Let set until hardened.
5. Store in a air tight container.
