Broccoli Cheese Soup with eyeballs




20 oz of frozen broccoli
2 14oz cans chicken broth
1/4 cup Butter
2/3 onion chopped
1/3 cup flour
1 1/3 cup milk
1 lb Velveeta cut into chunks
Pepper to taste


1. In large pot boil broccoli with the chicken broth for 15 min.


2. Meanwhile in another pan melt the butter add onion and cook for 5 min or until tender.


3.Add flour to the onion and milk mixture and stir well until thick.

4.Slowly add milk and stir until thick.

5.Add the mixture to the broccoli in the large pan and stir well

6.Add cheese to the soup stirring until melted. Do Not Let It Boil


7. Add the pepper and simmer all together 5 min

* For halloween effect I used can potatos and added an olive for the eye and floated them in the soup.
