2 1/4 cups Bisquick
2/3 Cup Milk
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1.Heat oven to 350°F. Stir Bisquick mix and milk until soft dough forms.
2.Place dough on surface dusted with Bisquick mix; gently roll in Bisquick mix to coat.
3.Shape into ball; knead 10 times.
Shape dough into 20 one-inch balls.
5.Roll 10 balls into 10 six-inch ropes to make broomstick handles.
6.Place on a greased cookie sheet. Pat remaining balls onto 1 end of each broomstick handle.
7.Cut broom bristles into the the ball with scissors.
8.Brush egg over dough. Sprinkle cheese over dough bristles.
9.Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve warm.
