1 (8 ounce) package manicotti shells
1/2 lb Italian Sausage
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese, divided
1 Tsp minced garlic
1/2 T Italian Seasoning
1 (26 ounce) jars pasta sauce
1.Soak the noodles in boiling hot water for 20 min. Do not have the heat set to on. Just have the water hot and let the water soak.And the noodles will cook the rest of the way in the oven ( Here is the trick to the noodles)
2.Cook the sausage in a pan until no longer pink. Cool off in bowl
3.Preheat oven to 350 degrees Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
4.In a bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, garlic, egg, and Italian seasoning and cooked sausage Stuff cooked manicotti with the mixture.
5.Spread about 1 cup pasta sauce over the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Arrange stuffed manicotti in the dish, and cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
6.Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Sprinkle with remaining Cheese, and continue baking 10 minutes, until mozzarella is melted and bubbly.
