Minestrone Soup
1 lb ground beef
5 cups tomato juice
4 cups water
5 beef bullion cubes
1 package cabbage mix with carrots
2 med sliced zucchini
4 tsp dry onion
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup celery sliced
* sour cream (optional)
1.Brown meat until no longer pink.
2.Mix all remaining ingredients together.
3. Bring to a boil
4. Simmer 1 hour
