Broccoli Pie

1 lb ground beef
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1- 10oz broccoli cooked and drained
1 egg
4-6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

2T flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 1/4 Cups Milk
1 8oz cream cheese

1.Brown meat and onion in pan until no longer pink.

2. Cook broccoli and set aside to cool
3.In a different pan mix together Flour,salt,garlic salt,milk and cream cheese until melted and bubbly

4.Add meat mixture and broccoli to the sauce.

5.Stir in 1 egg stirring occasionally for 2 min

6. Pour into crust

7.Top with cheese

8.Top with second crust.

9.Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or until golden brown

Pastry Crust.

2 Cups flour
1 tsp salt
1C shortening
1/3 Cup plus 1 T Ice cold water

1. Mix together flour and salt

2. Cut in 1 cup shortening until well combined

3.Make a well in the middle of the mixture and add the cold water

4.Mix with a fork until well combined and a ball starts to form

5.Cut dough ball in half to make two crusts (top and bottom)
6. Roll out to fit into a 9 1/2 inch pie pan
