Oreo Bundt Cake ... Its Oreos 100th Birthday Today :)

1 white cake mix
1 (4.2 oz.) box instant OREO pudding
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sour cream or non-fat plain yogurt (I used yogurt)
4 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
11-13 crushed OREOS + more for garnish
vanilla frosting, store-bought or homemade

1.In a large bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, sour cream or yogurt, eggs and vanilla.
2.Beat on medium speed until completely combined.  Scrape down bowl and beat for two minutes.

3.Stir in crushed OREOS.  Pour into a well-greased bundt pan and smooth out the top with a rubber spatula.  Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. (Mine took more like 60-65 min) Cool in pan 15 minutes, then invert to a cooling rack.

4.Cool completely.  Frost and sprinkle with crushed OREOS.

I got this recipe from eatcakefordinner.blogspot.com I have made many things on her blog and love them all check her out :)

* I made this cake over the weekend when we had guests over for dinner. It was so easy to make and was a big hit. Everyone loved it. I would definitely make this again sometime. I used 12 oreos just regular ones not double stuff in the batter and thought that it was perfect. Not to much oreo taste but just enough. And it even tastes just as fresh and good the next day :) I give it a 5

  1. I am so glad you liked it! I made your Mom's Baked Beans a few weeks ago and they are my new favorite recipe for beans! Way good.

  2. That looks so tasty. I don't bake sweets much anymore but may have to make an exception for this one.
