Cream cheese potatos

5-6 large potatoes

1 cup sour cream

1 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese

1 pinch garlic powder

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese divided
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
splash of milk or cream
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2.Place potatoes in a large pot of salted boiling water, bring water back to a boil. Cook until potatoes are tender, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Drain well. Let cool.

3.When potatoes are cooled, cut them into small chunks.

4. Using an electric blender, whip potatoes with sour cream, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese ,1 cup of the Cheddar cheese, green onions, splash of milk and the garlic powder.

5.Place mixture in a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese.

6.Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
