Fried Rice

I got this yummy recipie from http://www.foodbringsfamiliestogether.blogspot.com/ She has some great food on her site check it out.

2 T. oil
1 onion
1 T. minced garlic
6 cups cooked white rice or Jasmine rice(cold or day old rice works best)
6 T. soy sauce or enough to taste (I used low sodium kind)
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup frozen peas
5 cooked eggs(scrambled)

1.Heat oil in a large pan or wok, add the onions and garlic and cook until onions are tender.

2.Add the rice and cook stirring occasionally.  (I cooked my rice in a rice cooker then put in fridge to cool for half hour)

3.Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, chicken bouillon and cook a few minutes more.

4.Add the frozen corn and peas

5.Cook eggs in separate pan and scramble.

6. Add eggs to rice and mix well. Heat thru
