Apple fritters My 200th Post!!!
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2T sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup plus 1 T milk
1 1/2 cups Apples peeled and diced
oil for frying
1.Heat oil in a pan
2.Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl
3.Add egg and milk
4.Stir in the apples and mix until combined
5.Drop by spoonfuls in the hot oil and fry until dark on each side about 2 min each
6.Let drain in paper towel and cover in glaze
7.Place on cooling rack to set up
Glaze
1 Cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 T milk
1. Mix together until you get a glaze Constancy.
