3-4 lbs pork back ribs
1 Cup honey
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 medium onions, grated or finely chopped
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
1/4 cup white sugar
1 Cup honey

1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

1.Cut ribs apart into serving sizes.
2.Mix together sauce and spread all over the ribs.

3.Spread ribs out evenly on bottom of a foil covered pan.
4.Cover lightly with foil.
5.Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Or until internal temp is 170 degrees.
* I added more sauce after cooking for 1 1/2 hours and then broiled them for a few min at the end to crisp the tops up.
