Pork Chops and Mashed Potato's



4 large bone in pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
salt
pepper
onion powder
Mashed Potato's

1. Brown both sides of the pork chops in a little butter, season with salt,pepper and onion powder


2. Mix together the soup and the milk and pour over the pork chops in the pan

3. Cook on each side 8-10 min or until pork is done. My electric frying pan was set at 200 degrees
4. Make some mashed potato's for the gravy
