Chicken and Black Bean Tostadas



2 cups of cooked chicken breasts, shredded
Juice of 1 lime
3 tbsp red onion, finely hopped
3 tbsp cilantro, chopped salt and  pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
chili powder, to taste
tostada shells

Other ingredients:
Sour cream
Lettuce, chopped finely
Black beans
Shredded chicken mixture
Diced tomatoes
Cheddar cheese, grated
Green onions, diced
Cilantro, garnish
Guacamole
Salsa
avocados
extra lime juice

1.Combine chicken,lime juice,red onion,cilantro,garlic powder and chili powder and mix thoroughly. Taste and re-season if needed.

2.Heat the rinsed and drained black beans in a pan over medium low heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3.Layer the sour cream on top of the tostada shell next comes lettuce, black beans, chicken mixture, diced tomatoes, green onions, Cheddar cheese and cilantro. Serve with fresh guacamole and salsa and lime juice.
