Loaded Potato Salad


6 med red potato's
4-6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
1 Cup sour cream
1 Cup Cheddar cheese shredded
4-6 green onions sliced thin
2 T chives chopped
salt and pepper to taste
dash of cayenne pepper

1. Cover the potato's in cold water in a pan bring to a boil and cook for about 20 min or until fork tender Let cool off in the fridge until cool enough to handle then cut into bite size pieces.
2. In a bowl mix together sour cream,green onions,chives,salt,pepper and cayenne.
3.Add bacon,cheese and potato's mix well until combined


4.Let sit in the fridge at least 2 hours for flavors to combine
