Funnel Cakes

2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups milk

Mix to combine then add

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp milk

1. Beat until smooth. Test batter to make sure that is will flow thru a funnel. If needed add a little more milk to thin out but the mixture should be thick.
2.Heat 2 cups vegetable oil in a pan to 360 degrees
3.Pour batter into your funnel. Pour the batter into the hot oil. Spiral the funnel around so the batter doesn't stay in one lump.



4. Fry until golden brown about 60-90 sec then flip over and fry 30-60 sec. These cook really fast.


5.Using tongs take out the funnel cake and drain on a paper towel.

6.Top with fruit,whip cream,powdered sugar,cinnamon sugar or syrup
